Terms of Service

MAG Tickets is a ticketing platform operated by ThreeSixty Group LLC ("MAG", "we", "us"). We sell tickets to nightlife events in Costa Rica, both for our own MAG events and for independent organizers who use our platform.

By creating an order, buying a ticket, or otherwise using magtickets.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Our events are 18+. By purchasing a ticket you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that everyone in your party is 18+.

Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door. If you cannot prove you are 18+, entry may be refused with no refund.

A ticket is a revocable license to attend a specific event, not a transfer of any property right. Each ticket has a unique QR code that is valid for a single entry.

Do not share, screenshot publicly, or duplicate your QR code. The first valid scan wins; if a code is scanned twice, later attempts are rejected. We are not responsible for tickets you expose to others.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for unsafe, abusive, or illegal behavior, intoxication, or violating venue rules — without refund.

Ticket prices are set per event. At checkout we add a service fee, shown clearly before you pay. The total you see is the total you are charged.

Payments are processed by ONVO Pay, a Costa Rican payment processor. We never see or store your full card number — card data is handled inside ONVO's secure, PCI-compliant environment.

Where applicable, prices include value-added tax (IVA). Your order confirmation serves as your receipt.

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly state otherwise for a specific event.

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Service fees may be non-refundable. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date.

Event details (lineup, timing, venue) can change. Material changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the event is cancelled.

For events run by independent organizers, MAG provides the ticketing technology and payment collection. The organizer is responsible for the event itself — the lineup, the venue, safety, and delivering the experience.

Organizers agree not to misuse the platform, oversell capacity, or collect attendee data for any purpose outside running their event.

You agree not to:

• ·Resell or scalp tickets above face value, or use bots/automation to buy tickets.
• ·Probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass the security of the platform.
• ·Use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods.
• ·Forge, tamper with, or duplicate QR codes or order confirmations.

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at an event.

You attend events at your own risk. MAG is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or theft at a venue beyond what the law requires of the event operator.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. The "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica for matters concerning events and ticket sales held in Costa Rica. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of San José, Costa Rica.
